The logic-based
approach doesn't include Newell's [Newell, 1992] approach based on
Soar, which is also ``symbolic AI''. A reasonable interpretation of
logic-based AI is that it works directly at what Newell,
[Newell, 1982] and [Newell, 1992], calls the logic level.
